"You all sell dental chairs but maintenance of them is a big problem. You all ask us to wait for the corresponding spare parts sent from China but they are expensive and it takes a long time. Because when something broken, dentists want it to be repaired within 2 hours. And for the repair man, it is a problem because there is no center in Europe which sells spare parts for Chinese dental chairs.” All above is what a Serbia distributor told us We are sure this is concerned by most of European distributors. Our warranty policy is as below: -1. We offer 1 year warranty and usually our dental chair units can be used at least 3 to 4 years without any problem. -2. We suggest our distributors purchasing some frequently-used spare parts from us firstly, and if having any problems during the warranty, they can send us the proof and we will take record. Then we will send them free spare parts which will be recorded in the next order, so it means that the first-time purchasing spare parts are free of charge. In this way, both time and delivery cost can be saved during the dental chair units maintenance. Would you please give us any better suggestions?
